Shipping and Returns

UK Delivery: £ 4.50

• Order by 4pm Monday-Friday for guaranteed next day delivery (including delivery on Saturdays)
• A signature will be required to accept delivery, if you miss the delivery a card will be left for you with instructions on how to collect your parcel/arrange a re-delivery.
• Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International Delivery: Europe £ 8.50, Rest of World £ 12.50

• European delivery takes up to 7 days, Rest of World takes up to 10 days
• Your tracking number will be emailed to you after you order
• A signature will be required to accept delivery, if you miss the delivery a card will be left for you with instructions on how to collect your parcel/arrange a re-delivery.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund as long as the item of jewellery and box are in original condition. 

• Firstly please contact us on returns@cadelecb2b.com stating your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA number)
• Please write the RMA number on the address label supplied with the package, and attach the label onto the packaging you return the order with.
• Please note, you must  pay for  the cost of returning the items to us. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance for the item you are returning, it is your responsibilty until we acknowledge that we have received it.
• Once received we will let you know by email that we have processed a refund.
